It was organized in the European framework of the ErasmusDays2023. It featured discussions on the immersive and multidisciplinary STEM learning offered by Ms Graziella Gazzellini, THE BIG GAME Project Manager, who highlighted the initiative's aim to promote green awareness through gaming challenges.

Additionally, Ms Marianna Paolucci and students from the Comprehensive Institute “M. Montessori” presented their works realized during the BIG GAME experience, and EU-Track conducted a workshop titled "Save our planet with Big GAME," emphasizing the start of the competition.
