After a welcome from the hosting partner, the University of Turku, the meeting was followed by updates on the Game World's state and mission design schedule by Tallinn University and a presentation on the state of THE BIG_GAME Contest Campaign by EU-Track. Session 2 covered The Digital Bank, also led by EU-Track, followed by discussions on THE BIG_GAME Contest Campaign and teachers training.
Session 3 focused on the BIG_GAME dissemination and exploitation activities presented by Pixel, the partner presentations on dissemination activities, and discussions on multiplier event organization in partner countries. Additionally, the second meeting day involved discussions on management and implementation considerations, particularly financial issues, led by the University of Turku, an open debate on project quality procedures, and planning for the next steps facilitated by EU-Track and I.C. Maria Montessori.
